Care & warranty — please read before ordering
- No warranty on the bottle. We are a decoration company and do not manufacture the bottles we sell. They come with no manufacturer’s warranty, and we cannot offer a warranty on the bottle or lid.
- Do not freeze. Freezing expands the contents and can crack the bottle.
- Hand-wash only. The bottle and lid are not dishwasher safe.
- Dropping it can cause damage and leaks. Damage from freezing, impact, or misuse is not covered by replacement or refund.
- Final sale. Each bottle is custom-printed to order, so once production starts it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
- Check your proof before approving it. The proof is exactly what we print. If you spot a spelling, number, or colour issue, reply before approving and we will fix it at no charge.
