At NXT1, we specialize in personalizing apparel, hats, and water bottles. Please note that we are a decoration company and do not manufacture the items we sell. As a result, we are unable to offer warranties for product defects of any kind.

We take great pride in our craftsmanship and ensure that every item is decorated to the highest standard of care. Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a clear error in the PERSONALIZATION process.

If you encounter any issues with the quality of the decoration, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the matter.
