Care & Policies

Care for your custom print

To keep the print looking sharp:

  • Wash inside-out in cold water, on a gentle cycle, with mild detergent.
  • Avoid bleach, fabric softener, and high-heat drying.
  • Tumble dry low or hang to dry.
  • Do not iron directly on the print. If you need to iron the garment, turn it inside-out and iron the back of the print.
  • Wait 24 hours after delivery before the first wash so the print can fully cure.
About reorders for team gear

The price you see on team gear reflects the cost of producing a full team batch in one run — the setup, printing, and shipping are spread across the whole order. Single-piece reorders ("we need one more shirt for Johnny") are a different job: we still have to do the full setup and shipping for just one item, so the per-piece economics work out very differently. We're happy to help with reorders — please contact us directly so we can quote the actual piece accurately and schedule it into the next print run. The fastest way to avoid this is to order a couple of spare pieces with the original team batch.
