Care & Policies

Bottle care and warranty

Our bottles are built for daily sport use, but they aren't designed to be frozen or dropped onto hard surfaces. Freezing expands the contents and can crack the bottle; dropping a frozen or impact-stressed bottle on concrete, arena flooring, or similar will break it. Damage from freezing, impact, or misuse isn't covered by replacement or refund. Hand-wash with warm soapy water; the bottle and lid are not dishwasher safe.

Personalized items are final sale

Personalized and made-to-order items can't be returned or refunded once production has started. Please review your proof carefully before approving — the proof is exactly what will be printed. If you spot an issue on the proof (spelling, number, colour, sizing), reply before approving and we'll fix it at no charge. Manufacturing defects are always covered: if something arrives wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
