Care & Policies

Care for your custom print

To keep the print looking sharp:

  • Wash inside-out in cold water, on a gentle cycle, with mild detergent.
  • Avoid bleach, fabric softener, and high-heat drying.
  • Tumble dry low or hang to dry.
  • Do not iron directly on the print — turn the garment inside-out and iron the back.
  • Wait 24 hours after delivery before the first wash so the print can fully cure.
Personalized items are final sale

Personalized and made-to-order items can't be returned or refunded once production has started. Please review your proof carefully before approving — the proof is exactly what will be printed. If you spot an issue on the proof (spelling, number, colour, sizing), reply before approving and we'll fix it at no charge. Manufacturing defects are always covered: if something arrives wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
